The guide (Cesar), the translator (Aldair), the chef (we called him Pollo) and the other crew member (we called him Polloito) were all excellent and very kind. Even considering the artisanal, organic practices, there is no reason to charge that much for thoroughly average coffee. The guide was also pretty good and knowledgeable.
