“The operator for this tour, Camilo was and has been very helpful during our entire trip to Medellin. For this trip, Silvio, our tour guide was absolutely amazing. He was very engaging and funny. Unfortunately, I came down with a bad case of food poisoning from something I ate before the trip started. Halfway through the trip I became very ill and Silvio was very accommodating. “Gigi tours arranged to pick us up at our hotel but they changed the pickup the night before to another location. We waited at the other location for an hour and the bus never came. Be aware that GIGI does not pick up or drop off at hotels even though they tell you they do on the website. Don’t go through what we did. Even though they drove us finally to catch up to the bus and gave us a 25% discount, the stress made the trip pretty bad. BE CAREFUL with them”
