“We flew in to Medellin, Colombia and I used Viator for airport pick up. Our driver Martin, was incredible. He messaged me earlier in the day letting me know exactly where he was going to be and how to get there. It was my first time at this airport and I was so grateful for the message. He was knowledgeable about the airport and the the roads that lead to where we were going. I felt safe the entire time.”

“Once we arrived at the airport, after having already sent our arrival time and itinerary, the company never bothered to show up. When we called (3x), nobody ever answered or called us back. We were contacted by email the following day and told "there is always a car there". I have asked for a refund since and it's been two weeks without a reply so we're now disputing the charge with the credit card company. Don't waste your time or money with these people!!!”
