“Well.....I booked this trip for 3 couples. Were supposed to be picked up at 10:00. No one showed up. I was finally able to get with someone and they told me they hadn't seen my booking. They scrambled to get a driver and guide together- who arrived at 11:30. We did have a nice abbreviated tour and the guide did his best to make it a good day. Very disappointed in the oversight that caused our booking to be missed. I have used Viator as a broker in many countries for tours and have not had this experience previously.”
